Exercise Physiology

In a nutshell, it`s primary focus is "exercise as medicine".  Exercise Physiology is an accredited therapy for the management and/or prevention of multiple chronic conditions.

Everyone knows that exercise is a very important aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Knowing what exercise is beneficial for you at your current level of fitness is critical information. Our Exercise Physiologist prescribe the best course of exercise for your health to maximise the "healing" qualities of exercise whilst limiting the chance of injury or over exertion.
